1 Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or posting to hicallgirlkolkata.com in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by all policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Content Ownership Policy, and DMCA / Copyright Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 18). Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and 18+ requirement

hicallgirlkolkata.com is strictly for adults. You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years of age, and at least the age of majority in the country, state, or region from which you access it. If adult content or adult-services advertising is restricted or unlawful where you are located, you must not use the Platform.

Access is protected by an 18-and-over self-declaration age gate. When you first visit, you are asked to confirm that you are 18 or older before entering; if you are under 18, you are directed to leave. This is a self-declaration only. We do not collect government-issued identity documents, dates of birth, selfies, biometric data, or any third-party identity/age-verification records, and we do not operate any such verification system. By entering the Platform you personally represent and warrant that you are of legal age and legally able to enter into these Terms. Providing a false age declaration is a violation of these Terms and may expose you to liability under applicable law.

3 Our role — intermediary and personal ads host only

hicallgirlkolkata.com is an online personal listings platform platform. We provide the technology that lets independent third parties publish, promote, and browse listings. We are an intermediary and hosting platform within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000; we are not the author, publisher, agent, employer, or representative of any advertiser.

• We do not provide, perform, arrange, broker, employ, manage, schedule, or supply any of the services described in the ads.
• We do not vet, screen, endorse, verify, or guarantee any advertiser, any visitor, or the accuracy of any listing.
• We are not a party to any communication, arrangement, meeting, or transaction between an advertiser and a visitor. Any dealings you have with another user are solely between you and that user.

Editorial page text written in-house by our content team belongs to hicallgirlkolkata.com; the individual listings (their titles, descriptions, and images) are user-generated content submitted by third parties, which we host but do not create. See our Content Ownership Policy for details.

4 Your account

Some features, including posting ads, require you to register an account. When you register you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. Registration is protected by an automated bot-prevention check (Cloudflare Turnstile), which helps confirm that a real person is submitting the form.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure. Passwords are stored only as a one-way encrypted hash and are never visible to us in plain text.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• One person is responsible for one account; you must not impersonate anyone else or use another person's identity, contact details, or images.

5 Rules for posting ads

All listings must be genuine, lawful, and comply with these Terms. The following rules are enforced by the Platform when you submit an ad:

• Free (Basic) ads are text-only. A Basic ad is free and stays live for roughly 180 days, but it displays only the title and description to visitors — no photo and no contact details are shown on a free listing, even though an image is required at upload. Photos and public contact controls appear only on paid ads (see Section 9).
• Titles must be genuine and readable. Titles written in stylish, bold, "fancy", full-width, or other decorative/mathematical unicode characters are rejected, as are titles that contain fewer than four real letters or that are otherwise meaningless. You must enter a genuine title in plain text.
• Category rules on numbers. In categories that do not permit numbers, titles and descriptions containing digits are rejected. Some categories permit numbers; the rules that apply are those of the category you post in.
• Your title and description must be unique. You cannot post a second ad with the same title as one you already have, and you cannot post an ad whose exact title-and-description combination already exists anywhere on the Platform. Duplicate submissions are blocked, and a live duplicate check runs as you type.
• Bot protection. Posting a new ad requires passing the automated Turnstile challenge. Submissions that fail this check are rejected.
• Editing. When you edit an existing ad, the title and category are locked; you may update the description, image, and category-specific fields.

You are solely responsible for the content of every ad you post and warrant that you have the right to publish it, including the right to use any images or personal details it contains.

6 Prohibited content

You must not post, promote, link to, or transmit any content that:

• involves, depicts, sexualises, or in any way suggests a minor, or any person who is or appears to be under 18 (including child sexual abuse material of any kind);
• relates to human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, force, deception, or any non-consensual act, or content published without the depicted person's consent;
• contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or abuse based on race, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
• uses stolen, misappropriated, or misleading images, or false, deceptive, or fraudulent information;
• infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property or privacy right of another person;
• promotes illegal drugs, weapons, money laundering, or any other illegal goods, services, or activity; or
• is otherwise unlawful, defamatory, obscene beyond what applicable law permits, or in breach of any law that applies to you.

Prohibited content is removed and may be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the responsible account may be suspended or terminated.

7 Reporting and moderation

The Platform relies on community reporting and administrator moderation to keep listings clean.

• Anyone can report an ad. Every ad carries a "Report this ad" option. As soon as an ad receives a single report, it is automatically hidden from public view pending review.
• Repeated reports lead to account suspension. If three or more distinct ads belonging to the same user are reported, that user's account is automatically suspended and all of their still-visible ads are hidden.
• Reviews are moderated. Visitor-submitted reviews are held for administrator approval before they appear; reviews that read as advertising or solicitation are rejected, and only approved reviews are ever shown publicly.

We may, at our discretion, remove or hide any content, decline any submission, or restrict any account that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or the law, with or without prior notice.

8 Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, and remove your content, if you breach these Terms, if your ads are reported as described in Section 7, or if we are required to do so by law. Suspension may be applied automatically by the systems described above or manually by an administrator.

While your account is suspended:

• you cannot post any new ad, regardless of your plan or coin balance;
• you cannot delete your existing ads; and
• all of your ads are hidden from every public listing, search result, and related-ads section, so they no longer appear to visitors.

You will see a notice explaining the suspension on your account pages. Suspension is separate from a full account block: a blocked account is signed out and denied login entirely. If your account is later un-suspended, your ads that have not already expired are restored to public view; ads that expired during the suspension remain hidden. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that by their nature survive, including Sections 10, 11, 16, and 17.

Deleting your content. You may delete your own ads at any time while your account is active. When you delete an ad, that ad is permanently removed along with its uploaded image (and every stored size variant of it) and its related records, including its category field values, schedules, reviews, and reports. If your account is deleted, all of your ads and their photos are removed together with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

9 Paid promotions and coins

Beyond the free Basic tier, you may promote an ad using coins (credits) held in your account. There are two paid tiers:

• Top — 20 coins per day, for a chosen duration of 1, 3, 7, 15, or 30 days. A Top ad shows a "Top" badge and one image, and receives higher placement.
• Top Premium — 30 coins per day, for a chosen duration of 1, 3, 7, 15, or 30 days. A Top Premium ad shows a "Top Premium" badge, a highlight, one image, higher placement, and the advertiser's Call and WhatsApp contact controls to visitors.

Coins are purchased with real money in fixed packs. Boosting a paid ad deducts coins from your balance immediately and atomically; if your balance is insufficient, the upgrade does not take effect. A boost is charged per day for the number of days you select, and promoted ads may be placed into a per-city, per-category scheduled time slot.

Payments are handled by an external payment processor, not by hicallgirlkolkata.com. When you buy coins, you are taken to our external payment hub to complete the transaction; hicallgirlkolkata.com never collects or stores your card, UPI, or bank credentials, and receives back only a gateway reference and a paid/failed status. Online coin purchase may at times be switched off, in which case buying coins is directed to a manual top-up channel.

Refunds. Coins and boosts are non-refundable, except where a technical fault on our side prevents a paid ad from being displayed as purchased. There is no automated refund mechanism; any adjustment in such a case is made manually at our discretion.

No payment for the underlying services. hicallgirlkolkata.com never processes, collects, holds, or facilitates any payment for the actual services advertised. Any money that changes hands between an advertiser and a visitor is entirely their own arrangement and does not pass through the Platform. Prices or rates shown in an ad are figures entered by the advertiser, not charges collected by us. We may change the price, features, or duration of paid tiers at any time.

10 Content ownership and licence

You retain ownership of the listing content (text and images) you submit. By posting content to hicallgirlkolkata.com, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, publish, and promote that content on the Platform and in related promotional and search-optimisation contexts, for as long as your content remains on the Platform. You confirm that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and to publish the content, including consent from any person shown or identified in it. We may edit, decline, or remove content that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be false or unlawful. 11 Intellectual property and DMCA

The Platform's own name, branding, layout, and in-house editorial content are the property of hicallgirlkolkata.com and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and respond to valid copyright complaints. Because listings are posted by third parties, hicallgirlkolkata.com is not the author or publisher of user-submitted content.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, submit a complaint to contact@hicallgirlkolkata.com that includes your signature, identification of the protected work, the exact URL(s) of the infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement made under penalty of perjury. Domain-level or non-specific claims without exact URLs are treated as invalid. Our full process, including counter-notice and repeat-infringer handling, is set out in the DMCA / Copyright Policy.

12 Third-party links and ads

The Platform may contain listings, contact links, or references that lead to third-party websites, messaging services, or content that we do not own or control. We do not endorse, monitor, or take responsibility for any third-party site, service, or communication, including any WhatsApp, telephone, or Telegram contact an advertiser provides. If you follow a link or contact an advertiser off-platform, you do so at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and policies. We recommend you exercise caution and make your own independent checks.

13 No guarantee of listings; dealings at your own risk

Listings are created by users, not by us. We do not verify, screen, or guarantee that any advertiser, service, image, price, or claim on the Platform is genuine, available, lawful, safe, or accurate. You must evaluate each listing on its own and make your own enquiries directly with the other person before communicating, arranging anything, or paying anything. Any interaction, meeting, arrangement, dispute, loss, or harm that arises between users is solely their responsibility, and you engage with other users entirely at your own risk. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation or of protection against every security threat.

14 Age and anti-minor policy

hicallgirlkolkata.com has zero tolerance for any content involving minors. Content that involves, depicts, or appears to involve a person under 18 is strictly prohibited. Where we become aware of such content, we remove it and report it, along with available information, to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities, and we permanently terminate the responsible account. Every user warrants that they are an adult and that all persons shown or referred to in their content are adults. If you encounter content that may involve a minor, please report it immediately using the report tool or by contacting us.

15 Legal compliance

You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all laws that apply to you, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Indian Penal Code, and all other applicable central, state, and local laws. If you access the Platform from outside India, you are additionally responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction. We do not permit content or conduct that is unlawful, and we cooperate with law-enforcement authorities and report serious violations.

16 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hicallgirlkolkata.com and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or connected with:

• your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• the content, accuracy, legality, or conduct of any user, advertiser, or listing;
• any communication, arrangement, meeting, transaction, or dispute between users;
• any error, interruption, delay, security incident, or technical failure; or
• any third-party website, service, or payment processor.

You use the Platform at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless hicallgirlkolkata.com, its operators, and its service providers from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, the content you post, your interactions with other users, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law. This obligation continues even after your account is suspended, terminated, or closed.

18 Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when the updated version is posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when these Terms were most recently changed.

19 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Indian Penal Code. You agree that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

20 Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, if you have a complaint about any content on the Platform, about a breach of these Terms, or about the handling of your personal data, you may contact our Grievance Officer:

Please include enough detail to identify the content or issue (for example, the exact ad URL) and the nature of your complaint. We will acknowledge your grievance within the time required by law and work to resolve it within the timeframe set out under the applicable rules. Complaints about content that involves a minor, non-consensual material, or other serious harm are treated as a priority. Matters concerning your personal data are also handled under our Privacy Policy.
